About ACS Painting KC
ACS Painting KC is a woman-owned residential painting company serving North Kansas City and the Northland. Led by owner Ashlie Santini, our team provides interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, and wood rot repair. Since 2023, our approach has centered on careful preparation and clear communication throughout each project.
What you can expect from us
Prep comes first
We wash, scrape, caulk, prime and repair before painting, so your finish lasts. Our project photos show that stage, too.
A clear, written estimate
We assess your project in person and provide a free written estimate outlining the scope, preparation, and exclusions.
Clear project communication
You’ll know who will be working at your home and how to reach your project contact. Photo updates keep you informed as work progresses.
A walkthrough before we finish
We walk the finished work with you and fix anything that isn’t right at no extra cost.
